This page is for those of us who may need physical, spiritual, or emotional healing in our lives.  I am posting here the names of people who could use some extra love sent their way.  What I'm asking is that, if you so desire, to go inward into your heart center and connect with one or more people on this list at the soul level.  Ask their soul if they desire healing at this time.  If they don't, please respect their wishes and move on to someone else.  If they do want healing, then just gently put your attention on your heart center and draw a line of light to their heart center.  Allow your own soul energy to flow from your crown, and the energy of the earth to flow from your root, both energies merging in your heart and flowing into the heart of the other.  Trust that this energy is going where it will do the most good.  Float in these energies until the connection feels done.  Thank this person for the opportunity to love them then repeat as often as you wish for the others on this list.  If you would like to add a person to this list, please e-mail me at  sprtwrks@minn.net.  I will try to add this person to the list within a week.  New names will be added at the top and old ones removed from the bottom.

Please remember that not everyone desires healing and that when requesting healing to put away all expectations of an outcome.  Please trust that whatever the outcome, that it is in alignment with their highest good.
