Psychoperistalsis Reflex Technique relies on the
wisdom of the body to produce healing.
With Psychoperistalsis Reflex Technique, the body
is moved gently into positions which are most comfortable to the
individual. Often mild compression is applied on the joints
to enhance communication between the muscle and the brain.
From this state, deep release of muscular tension
can occur. Patterns of injury and trauma on physical, emotional
and spiritual levels start to unwind leading to resolution of these
patterns.
This form of bodywork is relaxing, nurturing, and
affirming. Receiving a session is like remembering what it's
like to feel good naturally.

What is an Psychoperistalsis
Reflex Technique session like?
The practitioner first asks the client what's going
on with their body and to describe their emotional state. The client
then lies, fully clothed, on the massage table to receive Psychoperistalsis
Reflex Technique. The practitioner tests for muscle tension and
gently positions the client in such a way as to relieve the tension.
Sometimes, during an Psychoperistalsis Reflex Technique session,
emotional release will occur. When this happens, the client is allowed
to fully process the emotions they are feeling. After the session,
there is a brief check-out discussion to help integrate the session.
