Lomi Lomi is about honoring the body temple.  This means that we, as practitioners need to be as comfortable with our bodies and with our clients' bodies as possible.

Of course what is training in Hawai'i without a little fun.  Here, at the beach at Waimea, we took a little time to paint ourselves with red mud and become animalistic.

Every trip has an end and this one was no different.  But often endings can be beautiful.
